I brought my Mercedes E350 to JND Auto Repair because it was vibrating/shaking when I pressed the brakes. Delis, the owner/mechanic, told me that the front right knuckle was causing the problem and also recommended replacing all four brakes and rotors. I agreed to the repairs and paid $1,300, as we had agreed. Unfortunately, as soon as I drove the car away, the exact same vibration/shaking was still there. I contacted Delis and explained that the problem had not been fixed. His response was, “I don’t think so, I drove the car.” I then explained in more detail that the vibration happens even while the car is sitting. At that point, he told me the car was misfiring and that it was a “tune-up.” My concern is that I brought the car in for a specific vibration problem, paid $1,300 for the recommended repairs, and the exact same problem remained immediately after the work was completed. I am disappointed because I expected the problem to be properly diagnosed before spending $1,300. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs here.

John has saved me literally thousands over the years. Just one example: the dealership wanted to replace my AC blower motor at a cost of $1500+. John took out the motor and saw that its operation was being obstructed by a leaf—no replacement necessary. There are many other examples. John’s skills as a mechanic are great but what really sets him apart is the honesty. He always does exactly what needs to be done and doesn’t look for additional problems to fix like many other mechanics. I highly recommend this shop.

Family own business very knowledgeable professional, anything wrong with your vehicle will be done right on the first time. I took my vehicle 3 times to a mechanic before John and they charged me an arm and a leg change a bunch of parts and not fix the issue. John fixed for half of the price I spent with the other guy. Simply straight shooter and honest guy

John is amazing. He genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. I am completely ignorant when it comes to engines. John not only took the time to inspect my car and find the best parts and the best price, he also explained everything to me in detail. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
